Registration Steps
Welcome to The Texas Girls School, an empowering space for future trailblazers - where bright ideas and academic excellence drive everything we do. As we open our doors for the very first time, we’re thrilled to invite rising 6th and 7th grade girls to join our inaugural class at our Northwest Austin Campus.
On this page, you’ll discover how to apply and begin your journey toward an education that empowers you to reach new heights, both in and out of the classroom.

Take five minutes to complete an application. We may have more applicants than seats available. In that case, we will host a lottery. Apply early for the greatest chance of attending.

Submit Registration Docs
Once you have been given an offer to attend, you will upload 2 proofs of address, and immunization records. Students entering 6th grade in the 2025-26 school year must be born between September 1, 2013 – August 31, 2014, while those entering 7th grade must be born between September 1, 2012 – August 31, 2013.

Attend Orientation
You’ll have many opportunities to get to know our staff and classmates before the school year begins. We will kick off the semester with a new family orientation that you won’t want to miss.
Enrollment & Registration Timeline
Open Enrollment
Open enrollment for The Texas Girls School begins October 1st and ends March 4th. Families with rising 6th and 7th grade girls are encouraged to apply for the 2025 school year. Applications can be submitted during the enrollment period.

Lottery & Offers
If we have more applicants than seats available, we will run a lottery for admissions. Any student not selected in the lottery will be placed on our waitlist. New seats will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Do not hesitate to apply after March, there may be seats available.

Registration
Our registration season runs from March to June, and all registration is completed online. We highly encourage families to schedule a school tour during this time to get excited and ready for the upcoming year!

Over the summer, we will host back-to-school events. As event details get finalized, we will send them to our enrolled families!
